I led the go-to-market strategy for a new merchant fulfilment network feature in Singapore, working with Seller Operations and Logistics.
- Grew the seller base by 25%, or more than 1,000 sellers, and brought in over $100K in revenue in the first quarter
- Studied how our fulfilment partners actually operated, then changed the process to reach first-day pickup rates above 99% and cut delivery time by 10%
- Wrote the requirements for an inbound defects tool projected to save more than $5,000 a year

I did reporting and analytics for product and technology teams around Asia, on an app with more than 10 million monthly users in Southeast Asia.
- Designed the reporting setup and built more than five dashboards in Domo and Python to track KPIs and revenue
- Built more than ten ETL pipelines on Domo, using SQL on Google BigQuery to process over a terabyte of data a day

I said yes to this one immediately. The work changed daily and the team was spread across several countries, so most of what I learned that summer came from watching how they handled it.

Data Analyst Intern at Combine Services
I came back to the firm, this time on enterprise resource planning: working out where the company should put its resources. I looked for trends, flagged anything odd in the data, and built the reports in R Markdown and CSS.

Data Analyst Intern at Combine Services
My first internship in data analytics. I used SQL to get at the database, Power BI to present the data, and Python for charts and cleaning, mostly fixing missing values and fields that had been entered in the wrong format. I analysed employee performance and tracked how clients affected revenue. The director wrote a letter of commendation for the reports.

Operations Associate at Google Developer Student Club
I kept events running, which meant everything from sourcing logistics to keeping the different parties talking to each other. I organised a machine learning workshop for over 50 students, and organised and emceed a hackathon with more than 100 participants.

Intelligence Research Specialist at Mindef
I handled report generation and unit operations, and led a section of four intelligence research assistants, vetting their reports before submission. I picked up extra data cleaning and analysis work on the side, and built an interactive operations guide that I presented to the formation commander. It was adopted across the unit as the standard procedure. I was named Best Soldier for January 2021 and given a testimonial.
