My first internship in data analytics. I used SQL for database access, Power BI to present the data, and Python for graph generation and data cleaning — resolving issues such as missing or incorrectly formatted data. I analysed employee performance and monitored clients' revenue impact, and the director wrote a letter of commendation for my reports.

Operations Associate — Google Developer Student Club
Responsible for the smooth running of events, from logistics sourcing to coordinating with different parties. Organised a machine learning workshop for over 50 students, and organised and emceed a hackathon with over 100 participants.

Intelligence Research Specialist — Mindef
I was responsible for report generation and unit operations, leading a section of four intelligence research assistants and vetting their reports for submission. I took on additional data cleaning and analysis work, and created an interactive operations guide that I presented to the formation commander — it was adopted unit-wide, ensuring a clear SOP.
